RETURN AND REFUND
At Nül Collective, our return policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
In order for your return to be confirmed, you must have your purchase receipt as you purchased that garment.
Other non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Promotions
* Underwear or Swimsuits/Bikini.
Returns
Once the return has been successfully received and reviewed, you will be notified by email that your return has been delivered. You will also be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be accepted and the money will be returned to your credit card or previous method of payment or within a few days.
Late or lost refund
If your refund has not been issued, please check your bank account.

Then contact your bank. This means that it will take a while for your money to be released.

Exchange
We only replace damaged items. If you want to replace the same garment of a different size or a different one of the same cost, send an email to info@nulcollective.com _
Shipment
To return an item, please contact: info@nulcollective.com
You are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive cash, a redemption fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive updates may vary.
